本演講從個人研究歷程出發,介紹如何串聯深度學習、電腦視覺、生物資訊學與IC設計,將演算法落實為高效能系統,並以生物資訊學方法與硬體加速為例,分享跨域研究、未來方向與學生參與機會。
This talk begins with my personal research journey and introduces how deep learning, computer vision, bioinformatics, and IC design can be integrated to translate algorithms into high-performance systems. Using bioinformatics methods and hardware acceleration as examples, I will share my experiences in interdisciplinary research. I will also discuss future research directions and opportunities for students to participate.
