本演講結合工研院於電信、金融與零售等多產業的實務經驗，剖析 AI 與大數據落地的真實挑戰，點出導入瓶頸往往不在模型，而在資料治理與流程整合。透過自動建模與 Agentic AI 等案例，探討如何將 AI 實際嵌入企業營運，實現從模型成功到商業價值的轉型。

Drawing on ITRI's extensive experience in telecom, finance, and retail, this talk analyzes the real-world challenges of AI and Big Data implementation. It highlights that the primary bottlenecks often lie in data governance and process integration rather than the models themselves. Through cases such as AutoML and Agentic AI, this talk demonstrates how to effectively embed AI into business operations, achieving the critical transformation from technical success to tangible business value.
