摘要 Abstract 

「資安即國安」，面對鋪天蓋地、沒有煙硝的數位資訊戰，沒有人可以置身事外。當虛擬進入我們的生活，成為現代社會的日常。資訊安全不再僅限於高科技人員的獨門學問，也不只是政府層次的管理防範，而是我們每一個人，都肩負著資訊安全的重責大任。

"Cybersecurity is national security." Nowadays, no one can escape from the overwhelming and smokeless digital war. As we enter the digital world in which everything is connected to the Internet, our interacting with people in cyberspace or conducting business transactions online has become a good part of our daily activities in the modern society. Ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of data transmitted or continuity of businesses provided by online service providers has thus become a crucial and critical task. Therefore, the awareness and knowledge of cybersecurity should not be limited to tech-savvy engineers, nor should it be merely the government’s duties, but each one of us should play an indispensable role in defending our homeland's cybersecurity.
