為了服務巨量裝置，基站會很快耗盡窄頻物理下行控制通道的資源，窄頻物聯網提供了一個偏移機制可以使裝置延遲不同的時間間隔來監聽它們的搜索空間，此演講介紹窄頻物聯網的背景以及考慮此偏移機制時所面臨的新挑戰。

For serving massive NB-IoT devices, a base station quickly exhausts the resources of the narrowband physical downlink control channel. The NB-IoT provides an offset mechanism that allows devices to delay different time intervals to monitor their search spaces. This talk introduces the background of the NB-IoT and the new challenges faced when considering this offset mechanism.
