多媒體的資料流佔據了大部份的網路頻寬，造成行動裝置耗費大量的能源在接收下行的視訊資料。此演講會介紹如何透過資源分配來為行動裝置進行節能，不同資源分配方法之間的取捨，與不同資源分配策略的應用。

Multimedia data streams occupy most network bandwidths, causing mobile devices to consume much energy to receive downlink video data. This talk will introduce how to save energy for mobile devices through resource allocation, the trade-off among different resource allocation methods, and the applications of different resource allocation strategies.
