摘要 Abstract 

我們將從目前機器學習面臨的困境、挑戰與未來發展的趨勢著手，進而提出一套嶄新的機器學習/智慧演化技術。從實驗數據得知，我們提出的技術效能與準確性良好。我們進而發展一個智慧演化與分享的平台。我們把它稱為「智慧聯網」(Internet of Intelligence)。透過智慧聯網平台，創新的應用服務得以開發。
In this talk, we will identify the challenges and potentials for developing new machine learning techniques. Specifically, new techniques for intelligence evolution and sharing will be reported. Experimental results will be illustrated as well. We also propose a platform, Internet of Intelligence (IoI), to facil-itate novel applications and services in the future.
