超音波系統已在日常生活與工業中有不少的應用，然而隨著電路的微縮、微機電製程的進步、與運算能力的增強，更多新穎的應用也正在不斷發展。本演講將以講者自身的研究為引導，介紹超音波元件的微縮乃至新應用的開發。

Ultrasound systems had been applied to daily life and industry for years. Recently, the progresses on semiconductor and MEMS technology have dramatically improved the computational capability and efficiency of ultrasonic devices. Various state-of-the-art ultrasonic applications have been investigated. In this talk, the speaker would introduce latest ultrasonic devices and systems based on his research experience.
