Truffle has the reputation of "a black diamond in the soil" and is widely loved by the public. In recent years due to improper collection, resulting in a substantial decline in the production of wild truffles, artificial cultivation technology has gradually been taken seriously, Truffle fruiting body formation conditions are harsh, in addition to climate and soil conditions, the truffle itself mating mode, the environment microbial communities and the distance between the host tree are the key factors. We use two kinds of truffles and two kinds of host trees for truffle artificial cultivation research, by means of endpoint sensor device, spectrum analysis, network communications, cloud storage, big data and other related vertical integration.
