Application of Doctoral Qualification Examination for spring 2022.

Dear doctoral program students:

The details of the Doctoral Qualification Examination for spring 2022 will be provided as follows, and the office will make another announcement if there is any adjustment due to updates of the NSYSU COVID-19 Prevention Policy.

1.Application Date: June 2, 2022 to June 07, 2022.
Please fill out the application form (attached below) and submit it to the office by the deadline.

2.Exam Dates: July 4, 2022 to July. 7, 2022.

3.Exam Venue: Room 5012.

(Announcement will be given if any adjustment is made)

5. Please bring a valid ID, such as, student ID card or ARC Card for ID verification.

6.If a student is caught cheating on the exam, they receive a “Fail” for their exam results and a sanction will be imposed by the school based on NSYSU Academic Regulation.5. Please bring your student ID(ARC or passport) with you to the exam venue for verification.

7.If applicants are not able to take the exam for certain reasons, they should apply for cancellation and should receive approval from the department for the qualification exam prior to the exam or they receive a “Fail” as their exam results.

8. Inquiry on Result: If students have doubts on their exam results, they may apply for inquiry on results within 7 days after announcement. However, students will not be able to see their answer sheets and professors who mark exam papers will not be able to re-exam answer sheets. The department will announce exam results as well as propositioners. Therefore, students may ask propositioners questions regarding to exam papers.
