Dear grad students:

In order to prevent outbreak of 2019-nCoV on campus. Seminar classes will be arranged to two locations: Wah Lee Hall at International Building and classrooms at 9^th floor at the Building of Electrical Engineering. The main venue will be Wah Lee Hall at International building and classrooms at 9^th floor of the Building of Electrical Engineering will beset with live broadcasting.

In principle, all Ph.D. students will have seminar classes at the Wah Lee Hall at International building except for these days (May 8, May 15, May 22 and June 5, 2020). We will announce venues for these days later.

As for master students, we distribute all of you in three different groups (Red, Blue and Green). Students will take turns to have their seminar classes at 9^th floor of Building of Electrical Engineering. Please see attachment 1 to look for your group first and then find out which days you will have your classes at 9^th floor by using attachment 2.

Please be aware that the classrooms may be slightly adjusted if needed. The office will keep you updated via website and email.
