Human live in a circumstance surrounded with various kinds of microorganisms, and can’t survive in case of lack of efficient immune system. Dysregulation of immune system can cause three major groups of diseases including immunodeficiency disorders, autoimmune diseases (such as Systemic lupus erythematosus, Rheumatoid arthritis, Sjogren’s syndrome, antiphospholipid syndrome) and allergic diseases, which will be introduced. Moreover, how to protect personal immune system and being free of diseases will be discussed.
